Refund and Returns Policy

At Prowriterteam (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we take pride in delivering high-quality content, designs, and digital services. Because our services are digital and custom-created for each client, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and our expert writers, designers, and virtual assistants.

By hiring us or making a payment (via cryptocurrency or fiat), you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Services – No Physical Returns

Since all our services are delivered digitally (Word documents, design files, SEO reports, social media content, etc.), there are no physical products to return. Therefore, we do not accept “returns” in the traditional sense. Instead, we offer revisions, corrections, and partial refunds based on the scenarios below.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We want you to be happy. We offer refunds or credits in the following situations:

✅ Full Refund (100%)

You will receive a full refund if:

  • We fail to deliver your project within the agreed deadline without prior communication.
  • We refuse to start or complete your project after payment has been made.
  • You accidentally made a duplicate payment (e.g., paid twice for the same order).

✅ Partial Refund (50% – 75%)

You may receive a partial refund if:

  • The delivered work does not match your original instructions and we cannot fix it after two revision attempts.
  • You cancel the project before our writer/designer has started working (partial refund minus a small processing fee – see Section 4 below).

✅ No Refund (0%)

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You change your mind after work has already begun (e.g., writer has completed 50% or more of the project).
  • You failed to provide necessary instructions, feedback, or materials causing delays.
  • You requested a rush order (under 24 hours) and received the delivery on time.
  • You simply “don’t like the style” without allowing for revisions (we offer free revisions – see Section 3).
  • You purchased a Virtual Assistant service and already used 7+ days of the month.

3. Free Revisions – Instead of Refunds

Before requesting a refund, please use our free revision policy:

  • Content Writing / Editing / Proofreading: Up to 2 free rounds of revisions per project.
  • Graphic Design / Video Editing: Up to 2 free rounds of revisions.
  • SEO Booster / Lead Generation: Strategy revisions only (no refunds on delivered reports).

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Our goal is to get it right, not to keep your money.

4. Cryptocurrency Refunds (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.)

We proudly accept crypto payments. However, refunds in cryptocurrency are handled differently:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment (e.g., BTC refunded as BTC).
  • Refund value is calculated based on the USD value at the time of original payment, not the current market price.
  • Network/transaction fees (gas fees, miner fees) will be deducted from your refund amount. Crypto refunds typically take 3–7 business days due to blockchain confirmation times.

We cannot refund crypto if you sent it from an exchange wallet that no longer exists or provided an incorrect wallet address.

5. Fiat Refunds (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer)

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or PayPal).
  • A small processing fee (up to 5% or $10, whichever is lower) may be deducted to cover gateway fees.

6. How to Request a Refund or Revision

To request a refund or revision, contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Contact us with:

  1. Your order number / invoice number
  2. The email address used to place the order
  3. A clear reason for your refund or revision request (screenshots help)

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback via your credit card, PayPal, or bank without first contacting us, we will:

  • Pause all ongoing work immediately.
  • Blacklist your email and domain from future services.
  • Dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery (e.g., time-stamped files, email confirmations).

We are reasonable people. Please talk to us first. Most issues are resolved within hours.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return and Refund Policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
